横	横山裕太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの不動産屋でテナントを賃貸致しました。契約までスムーズに対応して頂き満足しておりましたが入居後すぐに物件に雨漏りしている事に気付き、商売上非常に困るので私が目視で確認出来る範囲で写真など撮影し早急に直して欲しいと連絡したところ、すぐに対応致しますと言って頂けたので安心していたところ連絡から 1ヶ月後→現在段取り中です。 2ヶ月後→今は忙しいです。 3ヶ月後→今度現地確認しに行きます。 4ヶ月後→… 5ヶ月後→… 私が連絡する以外連絡が一度も無いので電話にて催促の末 6ヶ月後→現地確認、約1週間後に補修作業(半日) 御社仰る早急な対応にはとてもビックリしました。修繕に至るまで複数回電話、いつ確認しに来ますか？との問いに逃げるような回答、その場しのぎの回答が約半年。本当に仲介業としてありえない。立地と店構えは立派ですがお金にならない話(苦情等)には全く動かない業者様で二度と利用したくありません。今後利用する方のご参考になれば幸いです。 I rented a tenant at this real estate agent. Call multiple times until repairs, when do you come to check? It's been about half a year since I got an answer to the question, and a makeshift answer. It really can't be an intermediary business. The location and storefront are excellent, but I don't want to use it again because I'm a trader who doesn't work at all for stories that don't make money (complaints, etc.).
