先日初めて電話をしたら暗い声の方が出られて、マニュアル的な対応でした。
平日○時以降を希望したら具体的に何時か聞かれ、何時まで診療してるか尋ねると6時までだというので、○時半以降で空いてる時があれば…と伝えたところ、最近は混んでいて1ヶ月先まで夕方の時間帯は空いていないとのことでした。
それならば夕方を希望した時点でその旨伝えてもらえたら余計なやり取りがはぶけたような気がします。
受付の方の対応が悪いと毎回の予約がしんどくなるなと思ったので、別なところへ連絡することにします。クチコミが良かったので受診したかったなー

丁寧に説明してくれる良い先生。スタッフの方も明るく丁寧。
受付の方はいつも優しい笑顔で迎えてくださり細かなことに気づいてくださりとても良いと思います。歯科の予約って治療内容によって空いていても予約できなかったりするから単純にウェブ予約ってわけにもいかないでしょうし、いちいち両者突き合わせるしかないから面倒ですよね。でもうんざりせず付き合ってくださいます。
