『こまかたばし』です。『か』は濁りません。
東京都や墨田区は『こまがたばし』って読んでますが、彼らは江戸っ子じゃ無いので。
清澄通りを徒歩で進むと、この橋の前で３回も横断歩道を渡る羽目になる事がありますが、それでも『こまかたばし』と読みます。
You cannot be an Edokko while reading this bridge as "Komagatabashi".
It is "Komakatabashi". "Ka" does not become muddy.
Tokyo and Sumida Ward read "Komagatabashi", but they are not Edo children.
If you walk along Kiyosumi-dori, you may end up crossing the pedestrian crossing three times in front of this bridge, but you still read "Komakatabashi".

墨田区側から台東区側へ行く方向から写真撮影をしました。墨田区側には、頭上に【首都高速道路６号線】が、有ります。夜間はライトアップされているので、とっても綺麗です。北側には、【吾妻橋】南側には、【厩橋】が有りますので、隅田川を散歩する時には良い風景ですね。お勧めします。

I took a picture from the direction from Sumida Ward side to Taito Ward side. On the Sumida Ward side, there is [Capital Expressway No. 6] overhead. It is lit up at night, so it is very beautiful. There is [Azumabashi] on the north side and [Kabashi] on the south side, so it's a nice view when you take a walk on the Sumida River. It is recommended.

片側二車線～三車線ある広い道路に両サイドには広い歩道もありかなり大きくしっかりした橋でした
