対応の良いかたと威圧的なかた…従業員の差がすごいです。威圧的で生き辛く無いのかなぁ…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応はお役所的、つめたい。コロナ対策のこともあってマスク越しのため声が聞き取りづらく分かりにくい。
ゴミを廃棄する場所の職員もつめたいしキツイ言い方。
家電を箱に入れて捨てようとしただけでも、厳しく注意され怒られた。（もちろんこちらもよくなかったですが）
箱から出して捨てるだけなのだから、普通に言ってもらえればすぐできることなので厳しく怒らなくてもいいのに。
無料で捨てさせてもらってると思え、という対応なのでしょうか…
I would like to finish the reception at a public office. Partly due to corona countermeasures, the voice is hard to hear because it is over the mask and it is difficult to understand.
The staff at the place where the garbage is disposed is also good and hard to say.
Even if I tried to put home appliances in a box and throw them away, I was severely warned and angry. (Of course it wasn't good either)
I just throw it out of the box and throw it away, so if you ask me normally, I can do it right away, so I don't have to get angry.
Is it a response that I think that I will throw it away for free ...

ゴミを回収してくれた男性の方々は車の誘導含め丁寧に接してくれました。

タメ語混じりだし。
アンタの友達じゃねーよって感じ。
場内の人全員の対応の良し悪しはわからないけど一緒に捨てるのを手伝ってくれた人は親切でとてもいい人でした。
受付は焼却場の顔なんだから愛想の良い人がやるべきだと思う。
また利用させてもらう時があったら次はこっちもそれなりの対応する。

I don't know if all the people in the hall are good or bad, but the people who helped me throw them away were kind and very nice.
The reception is the face of the incinerator, so I think a friendly person should do it.
