それなりに確立された運用面、
甘くはなく正直、キツイ仕事ではありましたが
しっかりとしたスキルを身につけることが出来きる施設でした。
ただ、気になる点も多々あり。
親切な先輩もいる中、理不尽、利用者を邪険に扱う（ 接するのではない ）陰口で職場をかき乱す方等も居る。
もし自分の両親を任せられるか？としたら、
絶対に出来ませんね。

A reasonably established operational aspect,
To be honest, it was a tough job
It was a facility where you could acquire solid skills.
However, there are many points to be worried about.
While there are kind seniors, there are also those who are unreasonable and disturb the workplace with a secret (not touching) the user.
Can you entrust your parents? If so
You can never do it.
