★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は駒場高校の卒業生が始めた木造の小さな幼稚園でしたが園長をしていた方が皇太子殿下の養育係に就任してから建物も鉄筋コンクリートになって立派な幼稚園になってしまいました。
 Originally, it was a small wooden kindergarten built by graduates of Komaba High School, but the one who had been the principal became the reinforced concrete of the building and became a fine kindergarten after becoming inauguration of the Crown Princess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自由保育と語る放置の幼稚園が多い中で、あらゆる引き出しを使って子供を伸ばしてくれようとする貴重な園。集団行動はほぼ一切なく、卒園生たちは小学校は先生にあれこれ言われるので幼稚園より楽と言います。幼児教育の流行りに合わせて洒落たパンフレットを作る私立はたくさんありますが、奥深い自由保育をやっているところはそんなにありません。横浜にある港北幼稚園とこちらの駒場幼稚園は、幼児教育好きな人は近くであれば子供を預けたいと思うでしょう。抽選がありますがチャレンジしてみてください。
