★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 音を立てると下の階に響いて苦情があったり、ドアを気圧で閉めていると窓からヒューヒュー音がしていたり空気の逃げ場所が悪い、また置き配の荷物がなくなったり、マンション内の自転車置き場のトラブルやゴミのトラブル、必ず苦情の張り紙が貼ってありとても住めないとこだった、高級マンションのはずなのに残念、とにかくひどい物件なのだ
鉄筋コンクリートの物件なのに
下の階に音が響くとトラブルがとても多い。
管理会社も対応無し
投資マンションなので管理会社もさまざま
ゴミ管理も酷い、誰も守ってないようです。
物件下の駐車場はお金を払わないで止めてる人が多い
敷金ゼロ礼金ゼロだが退去の時は莫大な金額を請求されると退去した某モデルが言っていた…怖すぎる
