白	白猫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雰囲気が良く、落ち着いて食事が出来る串揚げ店。串ネタによって多少当たり外れはあるけど、どの串も丁寧な仕事で揚げられている。提供されるタイミングもしっかり計算されていて良い。お刺身も量は少なめだが味は抜群に良い。デザートも質の高いものを選んでいる。ソースやポン酢、塩、カラシを入れる器が一皿でまとまっているのは特に問題無いが、多少使いにくさも感じる。この金額のお店なら、調味料の種類や数に合わせた専用の器を発注していてもよさそうだけど、正直な感想を言うと「どこから持ってきた器かな？」という感じ。人手が少ない事もあるのか、食べ終えた刺身皿や醤油皿、つきだしの器等が片付けられる事が無いので、終始席周りが少しごちゃついている印象。お庭は小さいながらも雰囲気が良く、本来ならかなりプラス評価。気になったのはサンダルの雑な脱ぎ方の方。お客さんはそういう細かい部分を見て店員さんの人間性や信頼度をチェックしている。大手チェーン店ほどのリーズナブルさは無いけど、高級店ほどの設備やサービスでもなく、少し中途半端な印象。 ★3.4くらい。次回訪店時には評価★増やすかも。多分。 A kushiage restaurant with a nice atmosphere where you can have a calm meal.
