石の熱さも丁度よくとても汗をかいてびっくり、水素水も中々飲む機会がないので、デトックスにはオススメです♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに行きました。ホットヨガのコースができていました。2時間のコースですが、タップリ汗をかきました。水素水を飲みながら入ります。湯船はありませんが、薬石の中に5分ほど横たわります。デトックスされていることが実感できます。
