★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職人のガラがとにかく悪い。私は別業者として現場で居合わせた時が何度かあるのですが、納期近くて色んな業者でごった返してるときはとにかく他の業者に対して横暴な態度、自分たちの邪魔になるようなことがあれば敵意を剥き出しにし、若い職人に対してネチネチ暴言を吐き、そのくせ強面の職人には何も言わない肝っ玉の小さい連中ばかり。しかも1人2人の次元ではないです。今までタッセイの職人と一緒に仕事をして不快にならなかったことなんてありません。とにかく自分たちが1番偉い、そう思っているガラの悪いゴロツキの溜まり場です。

所詮は客だから、メーカー相手になら何を言ってもいいという思考回路なのでしょうか？
職人も似たような感じ。困った会社だ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現場に来ている 外国人労働者が、最悪すぎます。会社は、礼儀作法の教育はしていないのでしょうね。ポケットに手を入れて、歩いていたり、現場朝礼時には、私語で騒いでいたり、ガムをクチャクチャしていたり。他の業者に対して、高圧的な態度を取っていたりしてます。外国人労働者への作業指導より、基本的な態度指導をして欲しい。
