"Tochimoto Abandoned Temple Ruins" is an ancient temple with a cathedral arrangement in which the arrangement of the two towers (south side and east side), the stone pavement of the base of the Kondo, and the cornerstone of the auditorium is fully calculated and designed while being subject to topographical restrictions. It was founded in the latter half of the 7th century and survived for about 200 years until the beginning of the 10th century. It is a top-notch ruin that is unfortunately reminiscent of the temple at that time. The "Ruins of Tochimoto Abandoned Temple" is located about 10 km upstream of the Fukuro River from the Inaba National Government Office, and is located on a terrace surrounded by mountains on all sides and the valley narrows. There are some remains where the Oishi River flows to the south side and the water of the Tani River that flows down from the north side is once drawn into the precincts and then returned to the Oishi River. Who brought daily food and fuel to the "Tochimoto Abandoned Temple Ruins" located on the left side, about 300 meters up the upstream of the Oishi River from the outskirts of Tochimoto Village? .. The temple may have been isolated in winter, as the number of people passing by due to heavy snowfall would be extremely limited. In any case, the maintenance of temple life should have required considerable financial resources and human resources, but what does it mean that there are no records or legends of such things? .. It would be great if we could find a document about the "Tochimoto Abandoned Temple Ruins" with many mysteries hidden in it. In any case, there is no doubt that it is a top-notch archaeological site.
