つまみ/前菜は非常に普通な白い皿の上に出ますが、気にしないでください：美味しいです。
コクエレの自慢料理は麻婆豆腐です。辛いので唇は気持ち良いピリピリしながら、舌は麻婆豆腐の味をちゃんと感じます：シェフは自慢をする権利があると思います。
 It doesn't look good, but it does serve decent food.
The knob/appetizer comes out on a very normal white plate, but don't worry: it's delicious.
Kokuere's specialty is mapo tofu. My tongue feels the taste of mapo tofu, while my lips feel good and spicy, so I think the chef has the right to show off.

席数が少ないので正直オススメしたくないお店の１つです。
This is the best restaurant for people who like sake and Chinese food.
It is one of the shops that I honestly don't want to recommend because the number of seats is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻婆豆腐はめちゃくちゃ辛いが、不思議と辛さの中に優しい旨味が感じられる。しっかり山椒の味がしてヒリヒリしつつも『あぁ...本場の味だなぁ』と感じる事ができる。
Mapo tofu is insanely spicy, but you can feel a gentle taste in the mystery and spiciness. You can feel “Ah… it ’s a real taste” while the taste of the yam is firm and tingling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西小山駅から5分くらいの中華料理屋。食べログでTOP5000にも入ってる名店。人気No.1の麻婆豆腐は山椒が効いていてしびれる辛さでやみつきです。事前予約して行った方が確実です。
Chinese restaurant about 5 minutes from Nishiokoyama station. It is a famous shop which is also in TOP 5000 in the eating log. The popular No.1 Mabo Tofu is addictive because of the painfulness of the peppers being so numb. Those who made advance booking are sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四川料理に日本酒のお店。西小山の商店街を抜けて少し行ったところにあるお店。クラゲ生山椒和え、青島ピータン、蒸し鶏の冷製マーラーソース、茄子のカリカリ揚げ、パリパリ春巻き、麻婆豆腐、エビみそチャーハンを、ビール、日本酒とでいただきました。シェフは成都にはよく行かれるらしく、峨眉山の話や、九寨溝など良い時間が過ごせました。
Sichuan cuisine and sake shop. A shop just a short walk through the shopping street in Nishi-Oyama. We had jellyfish Ikuyama sautéed, Aoshima petan, steamed chicken chilled Mahler sauce, eggplant crunchy, crispy spring rolls, mapo tofu, shrimp miso fried rice with beer and sake. The chef seems to go to Chengdu often and had a good time talking about Mt. Emei and Jiuzhaigou.

My favorite Chinese food near my house. I know how hot and cramped it is, but I can't stop it. I always sweat a lot and leave the store.
