店主のこだわりの詰まった豆たちを買う他にも店内のカフェスペースで飲む事もできます。
オススメは浅煎り豆。酸っぱくないけどフルーティーなコーヒーが楽しめます。

エルサルバドルのマリアストレスをいただきましたが、思ったより煎りは深かったものの低温で丁寧に抽出された滑らかな口当たりはさながらコーヒーのうま味ダシのよう。
