★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらには毎回散髪しに来るけど今日のスタッフはいつも通り希望してるカットをしないとか自分勝手な説明以外の散髪で最後に直すのお願いしてもこれ以上切られたらよくないと伝わる。これは 3回目の間違いですけどこれ以上はもう我慢しない。今日も マスクのまま切られて耳の上に髪が長い。他のスタッフよりと違い、お客様に対いする接客には不満足なこといっぱいがあって次も来店のときそのスタッフいたらカット抜きでそのまま帰ります。
 I come here every time to have a haircut, but today's staff tells me that I shouldn't cut any more even if I ask them not to cut the hair they want or to fix it at the end with a haircut other than their own explanation. This is my third mistake, but I can't stand it anymore. Even today, I was cut with a mask and my hair was long on my ears. Unlike other staff, there are a lot of dissatisfactions with the customer service, so when I come to the store next time, if that staff is there, I will return as it is without cutting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらには何年もお世話になっていますが、今日の担当スタッフは最低でした。どのように切りますか？との問いに希望を伝えましたが、伝わらず（いつもはどのスタッフにあたってもすぐに伝わる）挙げ句の果てには他所へ行って下さいとも。こちらに来ているのに他所へ行け？技量もない上に接客もひどい。案の定仕上がりも、この人、ホントに免許持ってるん？というような雑な仕上がりで長さもいい加減。いつもは希望通りの髪型にしてくれてたので、気に入っていましたが、もう行く事は無いと思う。こんな不愉快な思いをしたのは初めてでした。最低、最悪。
