予約していたにも関わらずお店の準備も終わってなく、初めに見た店員はマスクを顎にかけ、私たちを見てもそのマスクを付けることはしませんでした。その後、友達らしき方がゾロゾロとお店から出てきて、その人たちもマスクをせず、半笑いで私たちの前を通っていきました。
準備するので少しお待ちください、と言われ、他の店員もマスクをつけず準備を始めました。
マスクをしていない、予約したのにも関わらず準備をしていない、友達を呼び遊んでいた、この時点でここのお店では食べたくないと感じました。
キャンセルを報告すると、キャンセル料がかかると言われましたが、そのお金を犠牲にしてでもここでは過ごしたくない、楽しめるわけがない、と思いました。
ただ、これだけ不愉快な気持ちの営業をしているのにキャンセル料をとる と言われたのは納得いってません。
確実にお店側が悪いのにどうしてこちらが無駄なお金を出さなければならないのか。キャンセル料を取るなら、満足のいく、しっかりした営業体制をとるのが普通です。
他の方のレビューを見ましたが 店内も店員も良くない感じだったのでキャンセルして正解です。
とても不愉快で怒りしか沸いてきません。
誰にもオススメしたくないお店です。

Why do we have to waste money when the store is definitely bad? If you want to take a cancellation fee, it is normal to have a satisfactory and solid sales system.
I saw the reviews of other people, but the inside of the store and the clerk didn't feel good, so I canceled it and the answer was correct.
It's very unpleasant and only angry.
I don't want to recommend it to anyone.
