★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飛び込みで二軒目として二人で利用。きちんと手を加えた料理(調理場前のカウンター席でした)で、スタッフもきちんとしていました(トイレはあちらです、ではなく、案内された！)。写真に加えて、生ビール、生グレープサワーで4k。松茸の炭火焼きがある(注文入ってました！)ような店なのですが、お安く済ませることも可能です。
 Used by two people as the second house by diving. The food was neatly modified (it was the counter seat in front of the kitchen) and the staff were decent (the toilet was over there, not guided!). In addition to the photo, draft beer and raw grape sour 4k. It's like a charcoal-grilled matsutake mushroom (I ordered it!), But it's possible to get it cheaper.

それより問題なのが、刺身にスチールたわしの切れっ端が入っていたり、火の通し方や塩味の付け方がいずれも中途半端だったりと、料理のレベルが低いこと。
さらには、オープンキッチンのカウンター席で見ていたら、調理中の鍋の味が濃すぎたのか差し水をした際に、食材を洗っていたため水をお玉で掬って入れてみたり（蛇口から水は流していたけれど）、刺盛りに霧吹きで水をかけたりと、かなり目に余る。
オープンキッチンは、料理人の手元が見られることも楽しみのひとつなのに、マイナスにしかなっていない。
二度と行きません。

店内カウンターでは職人さんの手捌きと職人同士の古き良き掛け合いが見られました。
旬の食材を美味しくいただけ、接客の女性の方も明るく丁寧でとても幸せな時間でした。

料理はかなり美味しいし、刺身の鮮度もバッチリ。
せり鍋は鴨と牡蠣が選べたが鴨を選択。
日本酒がかなり揃っており、どの料理も日本酒と合うので、十分に楽しめた。
The store was deep and there were many private rooms.
The food is quite delicious and the freshness of the sashimi is perfect.
You can choose duck and oysters for the auction pot, but choose duck.
There is a good selection of sake, and all the dishes go well with sake, so I enjoyed it enough.

特に鰹の藁焼きが大変美味しかったです。
お店の雰囲気も落ち着いており、カウンターで大将とお話しながらステキな時間を過ごさせてもらいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個室を利用しました。四人席でしたが広めの作りでゆったりできました。色々いただきましたが魚介の炭火焼きが美味しいかったです。日本酒も数は少ないながらボトルでグラスまたはもっきりで注いでくれますので信頼できます。接客も丁寧です。
I used a private room. It was a four-seat seat, but it was spacious and comfortable. I received various things, but the charcoal-grilled seafood was delicious. Although the number of sake is small, you can trust it because it is poured in a glass or clearly in a bottle. The customer service is also polite.
