スポーツウェアにこだわる必要もないし
暇な時や仕事帰りにちょっと寄る感覚で運動ができます。
マシンエクササイズと簡単なダンスみたいな有酸素運動を
親しみやすいスタッフさんが教えてくれるので
運動嫌いの私でも楽しく続けられています。
月に一度の体組成測定やカウンセリングでモチベーションも持続する感じも気に入っています。
星が満点じゃないのは日曜日にやってないことだけかな・・
でもジムは初めてという方にはとてもおススメの施設です。

スタッフの雰囲気が良く、くるのが楽しいので続けていけそうです。
消毒も徹底されていて、安心して通えます。
Alpine Quick Fitness Nishi Akashi store has a popular germanium hot bath, which is only an esthetic salon, and it was very comfortable to sweat!

I was worried about weight gain and lack of exercise, so I went for a free trial. All the staff are friendly and nice, and I joined because it is close to my house. I want to do my best from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運動不足と歳を取るにつれて生理痛など女性ならではの身体の悩みが多くなっていたのでゲルマニウム温浴がある女性専用フィットネスというのが気になり通わせて頂く様になりました。まだ1ヶ月過ぎですが身体を動かす様になってから身体が軽くなったのとゲルマの効果なのか生理痛も大分マシになったのには驚きました。スタッフの方も明るく良い方ばかりで、これからも楽しみに通います。駅から近く通いやすいのも良きです。
As I got older and lacked exercise, I had more physical problems such as menstrual cramps, so I became interested in fitness for women with a germanium bath. It's only been a month, but I was surprised that my body became lighter after I started to move and that my period pain was much better, probably because of the effect of germanium. The staff are all cheerful and good, and I will continue to look forward to it. It is also good that it is easy to get to from the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年々増えていく体重に危機感を持ち何かしなければと重い腰を上げ始めたのがアルペンフィットネスです。筋トレと有酸素運動の繰り返しを30分終えた後は汗をかいてスッキリ！その後はゲルマ温浴でポカポカに温まりリラックス気分を堪能しています。スタッフの皆さんはマスク姿の会員さんの名前もみんな覚えていていつも笑顔で迎えてくれ優しい対応に嬉しくなります。
体重も3か月で2キロ落ち、たった30分なのに？と継続する事が大事なんだなぁと実感したのでこれからも楽しく続けていきたいと思っています。
Alpine Fitness started to lift a heavy waist when I had a sense of crisis about my weight increasing year by year and had to do something. After 30 minutes of repeated muscle training and aerobic exercise, sweat and feel refreshed! After that, you can warm yourself up in a germanium bath and enjoy a relaxing mood. All the staff remember the names of the members wearing masks, and they always welcome me with a smile, which makes me happy with the kind response.
I lost 2 kilos in 3 months, only 30 minutes? I realized that it is important to continue, so I would like to continue to have fun.
