★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日大雪が降るとの事でアイゼンを買いに行きました。高島屋、ヨドバシ、他のスポーツ店には無くて、歩くの辛いと思いつつ行きました。好日山荘の2階にあり、イケメンお兄さんが私の靴に合う品を探して何度も試してくれました。丁度良いアイゼンが手に入り、雪よ、さぁ来いっ❗でした。78歳高齢おばあちゃんの私に親切丁寧な店員さん、西口からはやや遠いけどコロナ禍で世は不景気ですが生き延びて欲しいです。
 I went to buy crampons because it snowed heavily the other day. I didn't find it in Takashimaya, Yodobashi, or other sports stores, so I thought it was hard to walk. Located on the 2nd floor of Kojitsu Sanso, my handsome brother searched for a product that suits my shoes and tried it many times. I got just the right crampons, it's snow, and it's time to come ❗. A 78-year-old grandmother who is kind and polite to me, a little far from the west exit, but the world is in recession due to the corona, but I want her to survive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there many times. They sell some good products but it is generally overpriced. However, my biggest concern is the service, at least where the upstairs store is concerned. You're forever waiting for someone to come to the till. Even if there's a queue they don't hurry themselves, and there will be 2 staff members dealing with one customer even though there are 2 tills and a growing line. On a couple of occasions I've had to abandon my intended purchase as I had to get back to work due to their poor service. This, is why after today's experience I've decided that I will no longer shop there anymore.

I don’t recommend this shop. There are 2 great ones in other side of Yokohama and Shinjuku.
