★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふわっふわのお好み焼きと遠州焼きがユニークです。一度食べると、お好み焼き観が確実に変わります。浜松市内のＢ級グルメでは、間違いなくトップレベルです。
国道一号線、新幹線ガード南の「飯田交差点」から飯田街道を東に100m行った所の交差点を南に曲がり、50mほど進んだ所にあります。しかし、この交差点がわかりづらいので、初めて行く方は通り過ぎないようにご注意ください。
The fluffy okonomiyaki and Enshu-yaki are unique. Once you eat it, your view of okonomiyaki will definitely change. It is definitely the top level in B-class gourmet in Hamamatsu city.
From the "Iida intersection" on the south side of the Shinkansen guard on Route 1, turn south at the intersection 100m east of the Iida highway, and it is about 50m ahead. However, it is difficult to see this intersection, so please be careful not to pass by if you are visiting for the first time.

夜はテイクアウトのみの営業で、17:30から19:30です。ふんわり、優しい味の遠州焼きばくだんが特に美味しいです。
キャベツがたっぷり入った関西焼きもオススメです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お好み焼きの具に沢庵が入っているという、遠州焼きとやらを喰らおうと訪問。
住宅地の中にあるので、ちょっと分かりにくい場所。ナビもGoogle mapもあるから問題ないけど。
到着したのは日が暮れてから。残念ながら夜間はテイクアウトのみだった。肝心の味は「お好み焼きに沢庵が入ってる」という味。奇跡のコラボレーションを期待すると肩透かしをくう。
I visited Enshu Yaki and Yakiya, which contains omelet with okonomiyaki ingredients.
As it is in a residential area, it's a bit confusing place. There is no problem because both Navi and Google map exist.
I arrived after the sunset. Unfortunately at night only takeout. The essential taste is that "Okonomiyaki is filled with omelet." I'm looking forward to a miracle collaboration.

これまでの夜の時間帯の営業は2018.9.29まで。休業日を挟んで2018.10.4から、夜はテイクアウトのみの営業になるそうです。昼の営業は変わらないとのことです。
遠州焼きも関西風も、どれもこだわりの味で大好きです♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出来立てアツアツ美味しいです。息子はマヨネーズ嫌いなので、リクエストで抜いてくれるのが嬉しい。
関西風からモダン焼き、遠州焼きまで有ります。遠州焼きは店によるから、小さい時に食べたのもとは若干違うけどたまに食べたくなります。
夏に行ったら、自家製野菜を頂いた！
夏に行ったら、かき氷の代金を間違えられた。残念です。

名物 遠州焼きはリーズナブルかつ素朴に旨いソウルフード 個人的にこちらの焼きそば麺か大好きです セットで頼み、両方食べられて幸せ 塩昆布のせごはん、サラダ、みそ汁つき 適量でした
友達は焼きそばのみセットにみそ田楽を追加ランチタイムはドリンク類が150円
みそ汁が追加で豚汁に変えられたりもできました
次回、カレーも食べたいけど、やはり焼きそばは頼んじゃうかな
Weekday lunch use: I'm glad that there is a range of choices depending on my taste and hunger. It takes time to decide the menu because there are too many ? It may be nice for the first person to know the popular menu by gender and age ⁉️
The specialty, Enshu-yaki, is a reasonable and simple soul food. I personally love this yakisoba noodles. I'm happy to order both as a set.
Friends add miso dengaku to the yakisoba only set 150 yen for drinks at lunch time
Miso soup could be additionally changed to pork soup
Next time, I want to eat curry, but I wonder if I should order yakisoba
