★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅を建て替えて10年以上経ちましたがノートラブルで、まだまだリフォームも必要なさそうです。太陽光発電と高気密高断熱住宅で、10年間は売電で税金を払う程儲かりましたし、卒FIT後でオール電化に電気自動車2台持ちでも未だに光熱費はゼロです。快適で経済的な住宅を建ててもらいました。
