図書館としては狭いので、本の数は少ない。
連雀通りから入ったところにあるので、わかりにくい。
新小金井駅入口信号のところに、『東センター』って書いた看板があるので、矢印の方に進むと、すぐにある。
ペットボトルと発泡スチロールのトレーが、いつでも捨てれる リサイクルステーションが外にある。
A library located on the second floor of a citizen center near Shin-Koganei Station. Bicycle parking lot is shared with citizen's center, and there is no parking lot.
As the library is small, the number of books is small.
It's hard to understand because it's in the place where it entered from Ryanj 通 り dori.
There is a signboard written "East Center" at the Shin-Koganei Station entrance signal, so it will be right in the direction of the arrow.
There is a recycling station outside where plastic bottles and styrofoam trays can be thrown away at any time.
