★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古車を予約しましたが、前のお客さんが再度予約が入りましたので事態して下さいと連絡ありました！何度も来店して買ってください買ってくださいと言っておきながら前のお客さんからまた注文が入ったのであきらめて下さいって意味わかりません。腹の虫が収まらないので店簿に訪問しましたが担当者は反省した様子はありません。最悪ですた！もう行きません！
I made a reservation for a used car, but the previous customer made a reservation again, so I was informed that I should do something about it! Please come to the store many times and buy it. I'm telling you to buy it, but I don't understand why you should give up because the previous customer ordered again. I visited the store because the bugs in my stomach couldn't fit, but the person in charge didn't seem to reflect on it. It was the worst! I won't go anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 書類関係で電話した時の対応が最悪。金曜に電話で頼んで、その書類を発送するのに一週間以上もかかり、問い合わせたら『木曜に送りましたよ』と平然と嘘をつく。謝りの一言もなし。
また、返送用の封筒も一度糊で閉じたものを無理やり破っていれてくる無神経さ。たかが92円の切手が勿体なかった程度で…。
中古車の店だからろくなスタッフはいないとは思っていたがここまでとは思いませんでした。トヨタの車は二度と買いませんし、周りにも絶対勧めません。
The worst thing to do when you call because of documents. It took me more than a week to send the documents by phone on Friday, and when I made an inquiry, I lied plainly, "I sent it on Thursday." No word of apology.
Also, the envelope for returning is forcibly torn after it has been closed with glue. It was just a waste of 92 yen stamps...
I thought that there weren't any good staff because it's a used car store, but I didn't think it was that far. I will never buy a Toyota car and I will never recommend it to others.

セールスマンも、ノルマあるから契約取れたら適当な対応になる人もいるかもな。
下手な中古車屋で、諸経費ボラレ年率９％なら買う価値ないだろ？
ハッキリ言って、車選びは、店選び！
本当に、そう思う。
俺は、購入決めた。
It's a trade-in used car from Aichi TOYOTA, so it's naturally expensive! ️ However, you can buy peace of mind with an expensive used car.
Some salesmen have quotas, so if you get a contract, you may be able to respond appropriately.
Isn't it worth buying at a poor used car shop if the annual overhead rate is 9%?
To be clear, when choosing a car, choose a store!
I really think so.
I decided to buy it.
