木々に囲まれ過ぎて眺めはそれほどでもありません。
駐車場と展望台があります。
展望台がLEDでイルミネーションされてました。
 I saw it came according to the dam guide map,
It is surrounded by trees and the view is not so great.
There is a parking lot and an observation deck.
The observatory was illuminated with LEDs.

何が残念かと言うとこれと言って特に眺めが良いわけではない所でしょうか。
木々盛況なのもありますが、そうでなくてもダムからの眺めのほうが良いと感じました。
You can easily reach it by car.
What's disappointing is that the view isn't particularly good.
The trees are thriving, but even if it isn't, I felt that the view from the dam was better.
