Y	Yoshihiro Saotome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小淵沢駅から徒歩15分程のところにある。醸造は委託して、自然派ワインをつくってる。澱引きもしないので白ワインは濁って見える。2000円で園内案内＋赤ワインと白ワインが一杯ずつ付く。ボルドー液しか使ってないとか、ソービニオンブラン、カベルネソービニオン、メルロー、カベルネフランだったかな。赤ワインはメルロー主体でボルドータイプとのこと。グランピング設備もあるが、大人のためのものだそうで子連れはグランピング設備はできないらしい。店主さんは元帝国ホテルのソムリエさんだったらしい。どうりで接客レベルが高いわけだ。 It is about 15 minutes on foot from Ogasazawa Station. Brewing is commissioned to make natural wines. White wine looks cloudy because it is not stocked. At Y2000, there will be a garden guide + a glass of red wine and white wine. I used only Bordeaux solution, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. Red wine is mainly Merlot and Bordeaux type. There is also a ramping facility, but it seems to be for adults, so it is not possible for children to have a ramping facility. It seems that the shopkeeper was a former empire hotel sommelier. The service level is high.

There are several micro wineries in Obuchizawa, one of which is also here. The wine made by the sommelier owner is difficult to obtain due to sold out every year. It is slightly expensive but it is worth drinking. There is also a cafe (reservation required) and in autumn there is a harvest festival, so please visit.
