★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本白ワインを頂くことが多いのですが、ぶどうの旨味をきちんと感じられました。中々東京では飲めないワインですので、買いだめしてしまいます。

あまりこだわり過ぎず、普段の食事にあわせて飲むとお
美味しくいただけるとのこと。夏なので冷やしていただきましたが、くせなくすっきりと飲め、ワイよりも葡萄酒と言う方が合う日本のワインの美味しさを感じることが出来ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても素敵なワイナリーです。道から入るとすぐの場所が入り口なのですが、KIZANの看板が小さくて見逃して通り過ぎてしまいました。すぐの場所なので見逃さないように。ワイナリーはワインを買うだけですが、とても素敵な建屋です。シンプルにワインを買うだけです。ワインはとても飲みやすくて美味しかったです。11月上旬にコロ柿の干し柿があたり一体に干し始まるそうです。それもとても素敵です。
It's a very nice winery. The entrance is just after entering from the road, but the signboard of KIZAN was so small that I overlooked it and passed by. It's a short distance so don't miss it. The winery only buys wine, but it's a very nice building. Simply buy wine. The wine was very easy to drink and delicious. It seems that the dried persimmons of Koro persimmon will start to dry together in early November. It's also very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国産ブドウ100％を使用して国内製造されたワインを「日本ワイン」輸入果汁を使用した国産ワインがあります。機山ワイナリーは自社のワイン畑で収穫した国産ブドウから日本ワインを生産されています。ブラッククイーンを使用したワインでもそれほど酸味が立たず非常に飲みやすい赤ワインや甲州を100％使用した白ワインや味のバランスの良いスパークリングワインを販売されています。知り合いのフレンチレストランでハウスワインとして初めて口にしてからファンになりました。
今回初めてお伺いする機会があり沢山購入させていただきました。
家族経営でこじんまりしたワイナリーですが、建屋は素敵な佇まいでした。近所には武田信玄公の菩提寺、恵林寺があり干し柿が軒に吊るしてありました。またお邪魔したいと思います。

I became a fan after eating it for the first time as a house wine at a French restaurant I knew.
I had the opportunity to visit for the first time this time and purchased a lot.
It's a small family-owned winery, but the building has a nice appearance. In the neighborhood, there was Takeda Shingen's family temple, Erinji, and dried persimmons were hung from the eaves. I would like to bother you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甲州の白とブラッククイーンの赤、ブランデーとグラッパのシンプルなメニュー。
そのどれもが、安いし旨いのでまとめ買い必須。派手さはないが、バランスが神がかっており、値段以上のクオリティでいつも安心して飲める。料理も選ばずに本当に重宝するワインだと思う。
また、ブティックワイナリーらしく商品について質問をすると色々教えてくれるのだが、これがお金以外の価値を与えることに一役かっている。皆の知らない秘密や真実に触れたような気持ちさせてくれる。
毎年、毎年通いたいワイナリーだ。

All of them are cheap and delicious, so bulk buying is essential. It's not flashy, but the balance is godly, and the quality is higher than the price, so you can always drink with confidence. I think it's a wine that really comes in handy regardless of the food.
Also, like a boutique winery, if you ask a question about a product, it will tell you various things, but this helps to give value other than money. It makes you feel like you have touched a secret or truth that everyone does not know.
It's a winery I want to go to every year.
