北	北本明弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍のタイミングで頸椎施術で入院していました。病院は入院専門ですが、売店はありません。入院中に私が受けた内容としては、医師は素晴らしい連携と判断。看護師はその人次第・・・（無視されるときもあり）最悪なのは受付と計算のスタッフの連携のなさとミスの多さでした。・入院前検査等の連携は取れていない。・同じ質問を何度もされる。・高圧的な態度をしているのに、計算間違い多発。（2倍請求されて高圧的な事務員は謝罪なし）・診断書の発行にこちらの質問は一切聞くことなく高圧的で的を得ない返答（適当にいなしたかった様子で嘘を伝えてきました）。最終的には上司が謝ってきましたが、、、、医事課を含めた事務方ははポンコツ揃いな印象です。事務方は、病人に対する態度をとれない様子。医師も看護師も素晴らしかったのに事務方が足を引っ張っている印象でした。 I was hospitalized for cervical spine surgery at the timing of coronal bruise.
