★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the basement floor of the Fukuya Department Store, this cute little take out restaurant offers croquettes famous from Kobe. The sole employee working there was really nice and helped me despite me not knowing Japanese. I ordered 3 croquettes, all of which were delicious, but my favourite was the minced beef that came with a tonkatsu-style sauce. Even when it wasn't freshly hot anymore, it was still so tasty and the batter was flaky and crispy. The three came out to be ¥663, and these are perfect for a snack or light lunch.
