n	noppiy noppiy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マシンジムは上半身下半身共に一通り揃ってる。フリーウェイトが少ない。ベンチプレスマシン以外の両手用バーベル系がない。掃除もいい加減であまり綺麗ではない。それなりに混雑してることが多く、不便な思いをすることが多い。会員の年齢層は幅広い。有酸素運動系のランニングやサイクルは数があるので困ることはない。男性の場合、トイレは1つシャワーが2つしかないので不便。ついでにジム利用目的でなくシャワー利用目的と思われる作業着系の小汚いオッサンが早朝や夕方にシャワー室を占拠してるのが目につく。ベンチコーナーを長々と占拠してて、負荷のあるトレーニングなのでわからなくはないが、AV男優よりアンアンハァハァと唸りながらウエイトやってるキモいのが何匹かいるので死ぬか退会して欲しい。筋肉つけてもハゲのコンプレックスからは開放されねーぞ。メリットは24時間いつでも利用できる事くらい。近隣にコナミスポーツクラブがあればそっちに行きたい。お願い出店して The machine gym is complete with both upper and lower body.
