There are a wide variety of training machines, While using the running machine, you can watch TV, YouTube, etc. that you care about, so it will be fun and time will pass. When I don't have time, I sometimes use only my favorite collagen machine recently.

The other day, I visited and experienced it! To be honest, I was nervous before I came here because it was my first time at a sports club gym, but the staff explained kindly and politely, so by the end I was no longer anxious or nervous. (^^) The machines and lesson contents are also substantial, and I have the impression that infection control measures are thoroughly implemented. As an option, it seems that you can also receive advice such as one-on-one guidance and nutrition management. It seems that it is for a limited time, but it was a great deal because it included 3 free trials and the admission fee and administrative fee were free (minimum duration is 3 months). I will decide to join at a later date.
