★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディーラーと比較してしまうと他に指摘れてるかたもいらっしゃるように汚いという評価になってしまいますが、自動車用品店と比べれば、差はなく、普通です。規模に小さいスーパーマーケットでも、綺麗さはこんなものかと思います。車検価格については、最低限でいけば、ディーラーより安価かと思いますが、いろいろ整備してオイル等交換すれば、そこまで差はないような。接客についても、特別いいわけではないものの、気にはなりません。キレイさや接客態度が気になるとのご意見はディーラーと比べてしまっているのでは？と思いました。車検について、価格でのメリットはそこまで感じなかったものの、速さというディーラーにはないメリットがあったかと思います。職場の都合で車検の期限1ヶ月を切るまで、3月の休みが決まらなかったこともあり、突然の予約に対応していただけ、助かりました。

I couldn't make a vacation in March until the vehicle inspection deadline was less than one month because of my workplace, so I was able to respond to a sudden reservation, which was helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてコバック系に車検をお願いしました。正直安いだけかなと思っていたのですが、受付の方も整備の方もとても丁寧な接客で満足のいく車検を受けることができました。指定工場なので安心で、しかも1日車検で早く車検をしていただきました。変えないといけないところはちゃんと説明してくれて、次の点検時で良さそうなところは無理に勧める事なく、整備士さんの指名とかできるなら同じ整備士さんにお願いしたいくらい良い方に担当していただきました。

クイックメニューは無くなってしまいましたが、それでも問題のない車は２時間で終わりました。受付も丁寧で、余計なオプションを勧められることなく安くスムーズに終わります。最低限の車検だけを希望していたので満足です。
