★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり知られていないかもしれませんが、しっかりとしたお寿司屋さんです。
何度か足を運んでいますが、その都度感じるのが今日揚がった魚で調理されているという部分です。
お寿司屋さんにとっては先ず大切なことなのでキチンとされた考えで経営されておられることを感じます。
手頃な(安い)お値段で食事が出来ることも嬉しいですが、やっぱり美味しいので何度と行くのでしょうね。
直近でお店に行った時には、握り桶の並みと、魚のフライ盛り、煮魚を頂きました(その日のネタと食べるとすぐにわかります)。
外観や中の雰囲気は町の小規模な店舗かもしれませんが、それゆえに ほっと出来る感じも私は好きですね。
