テーブルかカウンターでもいいかを選ぶと、席を案内してくれます。
オーダーはタッチパネル。
先ずはうどんを、ということで素うどんを探しますが見当たらないのでワカメうどんをポチり。
はま寿司さんのうどんはコシというより若干柔らかめの麺に、ダシがしっかり出ていて甘めのスープ。
落ち着く味わいです。
それから握りをいくつかポチり。
他店よりもネタの種類が豊富で選ぶ楽しさがありますね。
期間限定物で秋鮭なんていうものもみずみずしくて美味でした。
難点はオーダーしても高速レーンでこないので、よその席に取られてしまう可能性があること。
今回頼んだオーダーが2種類来なかったんですよね。
まぁ、伝えたらすぐ持ってきてくれるのでいいんですけど。
そんなこんなで、久しぶりに来たら意外と美味しかったはま寿司さん、お近くにお越しの際はぜひ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の午後1時以降に入店、かれこれ半年以上ぶり位に入店しましたが、以前に比べ設備が大幅に改善されていた。
以前は回転するレーンがあったが現在はそれがなく直接テーブルまで運ぶ高速レーンが二台あった。
注文に関してはタッチパネル自体は以前と変わらぬ旧世代な感じでしたが
注文自体できなくなるような状態には陥る事はなかったです
これはくら寿司でよく発生することだが、ある程度注文していくと突然注文を受け付けなくなるのは、
とてつもなくイライラするのだが、今回はま寿しに行った限りでは改善されているように感じた
マグロが解凍されていない状態で出てきたが、この状態で出す位であれば売り切れと表示してくれた方が
親切だと思う。
タッチパネルで現在 会計がいくらなのか瞬時にわかるのはとても良いと思った
