クリスマス(厳密にはクリスマス過ぎてる)という事で、
ディナーてして行かせて頂きました。
Knotさんは、移転する前に一度行ったことがあり、
それから来ていなかったんですが以前美味しかったので久しぶりに行ってみました!!
移転後は、お店が広くなっておりお店の雰囲気も少し高級感が出ておりとても良い!!
いつも予約でいっぱいだったので2週間前に予約しておきました。
今回は、6,000円のコースとドリンクを二杯程頂きました。
コースメニューは以下の通り。
・坂越の牡蠣ときて菜のビュレ
・炙り〆鯖 大根のマリネとカラスミ
・色々なキノコのソテーと温泉卵
・リングイネ カニと冬瓜のトマトソース
・低温のオイルで火を入れたフランス鴨むね肉
・マルサラワイン風味のティラミス
・パン
ひっっさしぶり牡蠣を食べました。
牡蠣は一度当たったことがあるから恐る恐る笑。
でも、やはり牡蠣は美味い。
コースの中で一番美味しいなと思ったのはリングイネです。
この時期の蟹のパスタは最高に美味しいですね。
接客もとても丁寧なので、最高です。

Knot has been there once before relocation,
I hadn't come since then, but it was delicious before so I went there after a long absence !!
After the relocation, the shop is large and the atmosphere of the shop is a little luxurious and very good!!
It was always full of reservations so I booked two weeks ago.
This time, I received about 6,000 yen course and two drinks.
The course menu is as follows.
・ Sakagoshi oysters and vegetables
・ Roasted mackerel marinated radish and karasumi
・ Various mushroom saute and hot spring eggs
・ Linguine crab and winter melon tomato sauce
・ French duck breast meat cooked with low-temperature oil
・ Tiramisu with Marsala wine flavor

I ate oysters for a while.
Oysters are a terrible laugh because they have been hit once.
But oysters are delicious.
Linguine was the most delicious of the course.
Crab pasta at this time is really delicious.
The service is very polite, so it is the best.

三宮にある隠れ家イタリアン！
ランチショートコースが3300円、フルコースが5500円とリーズナブル✨
今回は5500円の方をいただきました。
お店は、女性のお客さんで流行っている印象でした！
料理の説明、グラスワインの提案、量の調整等々きめ細かく対応していただきました。
ディナーのコースもこの手のお店にしてはリーズナブルななので、若い子がデートにチョイスすればモテる気がする?
ご馳走さまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was amazing. Very creative. Michelin level especially the watermelon dessert. Only disappointment was the pasta, was super normal taste. I don’t consider this place Italian because a lot of Japanese style arrangement. Highly recommended because of the level of high quality and super reasonable price.
