★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公式ページやパンフレットに載っているパンケーキ（ケーキ2枚とアイスやフルーツたくさん）を想像して注文したら、同じ値段でパンケーキ1枚と飾り程度のフルーツのものが来ました。どう見てもホームページに載っているパンケーキと違いますし、このパンケーキの写真やメニューが変更されている旨の説明もありませんでした。ホームページのものと同じ値段なのですが……。
景色もよく、とても期待していただけに残念です。他の料理は注文していないのでわかりませんが、パンケーキにはがっかりでした。
Imagine and ordered a pancake (two cakes and a lot of ice and fruits) listed on the official page and brochure, I came with a pancake and a fruit of about decoration at the same price. The pancake was different from the pancake on the home page, and there was no explanation that the picture and menu of this pancake had been changed. It is the same price as the one of the homepage ....
The view is good too and I'm sorry to expect very much. I didn't know the other dishes, so I was disappointed with the pancake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リフトでカフェへ。季節にも依るが、お花畑もあり合えばグッドだ。食事は、美味しそうな女性好みのメニューも多いが、場所等々の問題なのか高額だ。簡単なお昼の食事の価格ではないな❗窓際から富士山を観ながら食べるには仕方がないかもね。
運悪く観えないと損をしたような気にもなるよ。
風光明媚だけど、価格的なことを勘案して星3つかな❓️
Take the lift to the cafe. It depends on the season, but it would be nice if there were flower fields. There are many women's favorite meals that look delicious, but it is expensive because of the location. It's not the price of a simple lunch meal ❗ It may be unavoidable to eat while watching Mt. Fuji from the window.
If you're unlucky and can't see it, you'll feel like you've lost.

とてもおしゃれで、しかも美味しいです。
本格的なお料理がゲレンデでいただけます。
ただ、ちゃんとお料理してるので注文から出来上がりまでは少しお時間がかかります。
スキーの休憩時だと、のんびりしすぎて（笑）
もう、滑るのいいかなぁ、なんて思っちゃいます。
でも、本当に美味しいので
また利用したいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スキー場のカフェテリアそのもの。食事はイタリアンが主で、メニューの種類は少ない。お味は結構本格的なイタリアン。天気の良い日はテラスが利用出来気持ちが良い。
チロル地方を感じる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのクチコミを見た上で利用。提供は確かに時間がかかりますが、店内の案内にも時間かかるって書いてあります。
オススメは、1人前のメニューを頼むのではなく、みんなでシェアすること。ピザやパスタを頼むと1つずつ時間差で出てくるので、出来たてをみんなで食べる事が出来ます。とは言え席数に限りがあるので、お昼の時間を早めか遅めにズラすなどの調整はした方が良きです。
価格帯は少し高め。種類もあんまり無いので、そこは注意です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人も投稿してますが、大して客いないのに注文受けるのも料理できるのも時間かかり過ぎ。ペイペイやJCB使えない。VISA.マスターカード、現金。平日でもかなり待つ、土曜日は注文までレジに長蛇の列。日曜はもっとかなー。食べ終わるまで1時間以上は覚悟するべし。スタッフ少なすぎ、いつも2〜3人。厨房もふたりくらいかな…待たせるコトを全く気にしてないから、改善ナシでしょうね。年々ゲレンデ整備もテキトーだし、サービス質の低下明らかですが、夏の清里テラスの客が激増していて、冬の営業は人件費削減なのか、手抜きとしか思えません。内装リニューアルして設備投資してるんだろうけど、リフト券も高めなのに…スキーヤーやボーダー馬鹿にしてる？こだわりのないリゾートスキーやシーズン1〜2回くらいの利用ならまぁ、妥協できるかも。

味とか値段は別にして時間がかかりすぎる。
機械の不調なのか注文するまでにレジ前で10分くらい待機。
そこから注文してポテトが来るまで15分。
ビザはさらに15分。
そもそも早くする気があるのか？
スキーしたい人にはお勧めできません。
おまけに電子マネーも使えない。
味はまあまあですがそれだけのお値段はしていますので当たり前かと思います。
