★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一番大変だったのは、工場見学の予約です。3ヶ月前の同日午前0時から予約ができますが、3分で予約がすべて埋まります。何とか予約を勝ち取り、3ヶ月後に念願かなって行って来ました。
新横浜からバスで行きます。土曜日見学でしたが、バスが1時間に2本位しか出てないので注意が必要です。
ミュージアムショップと、外に売店があります。工場内は土禁でスリッパ履き替えになります。
まずは、何チームかにわかれてビデオを見たあと見学スタートです。
土曜日でも機械が稼働しており、シウマイラインと弁当ラインを見学できました。
印象に残ったのがお弁当ラインで沢山の人の手によって作られているのが良く分かりました。衛生面もキッチリしており、30分ごとにコロコロタイムなる服や帽子などの掃除タイムがあり、実際に目にしました。すべて見学を終えると、試食ができます。出来立てシウマイ美味しいです。飲み物は機械で、お茶やお湯など選べます。ひょうちゃんの醤油さしも沢山の中から選べてお持ち帰りできます。退屈しないように、子供向けにパズルとか、要所要所に写真可な所もありました。ひょうちゃんコレクションが見ごたえがあり、こんなに沢山コラボしていたのだと驚きでした。
予約しなくても、ミュージアムショップと、売店は利用できるので、車とかでふらりと寄るのも楽しいと思います。

Go from Shin-Yokohama by bus. It was a Saturday visit, but be careful as there are only 2 buses per hour.
There is a museum shop and a shop outside. Slippers are changed in the factory.
First of all, the tour started after watching the video divided by several teams.
The machine was still in operation on Saturday, and we were able to see the Siumai line and the bento line.
I was able to understand that the lunch box line was made by many people. The hygiene is also perfect, and there is a cleaning time for clothes and hats that will be rolled up every 30 minutes. When you have finished all the tours, you can sample the food. Freshly made Siumai. Drinks can be selected by machine, such as tea and hot water. You can choose Hyo-chan's soy sauce and take it home. In order not to be bored, there were puzzles for children and some places where photos could be taken. I was surprised to see the Hyo-chan collection and to have collaborated so much.
Even if you don't make a reservation, you can use the museum shop and the store, so I think it's fun to stop by the car.

勉強になりました。シュウマイマンが朝一で完売しちゃって購入できなかったのが残念でした。

見学入口は、JRの電車に見立てた外観と、車内に見立てた売場も目を引きます。電車好きな方にはたまりません。
駅で購入したお弁当等を、車内で食べている感覚も同時に味わえます。
車窓はモニターになっており、タッチパネルで、工場見学でも見れる説明や画像を楽しめます。
店内でお求め頂いたシウマイを、温めてくれ召し上がる事が出来ます。
お奨めは、工場見学がお休みの時を狙って、のんびり車内でシウマイを楽しむ！まるで貸切電車に乗っている感覚を味わえます。

工場出来立て熱々メニューをいただけます。
電車に見立てたソファーに座り、タッチパネルで遊びながら楽しい時間を満喫できました。

しうまい二種類一個ずつ。
味の違いもわからないし。
途中の製造ライン見学も、いまいちよくわからない。
しうまい弁当は、箱が売りなので
箱の材料を何種類かおいて
湿気を与えたときの中身の違いや手触り体験できるとか…
体験で弁当箱詰めとか
ひものしばりかた体験とか
できるんじゃないかな…と思いました。
よかったのは、崎陽軒の歴史を知れたこと。
100年以上も歴史があり、しうまい弁当は、1954年につくられたなんてびっくりでした。
入館のときに上着など預けられたらよかったです。
