H	Hiromi Kawada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何十年来のファンです。 15年くらい前はスワロフスキービーズでの小物造りにハマっていて足繁く通っていました。知人の結婚式用のティアラまで作成した思い出が有ります。ピアスのシリコンキャッチを探しに行きましたが、品揃えの豊富さに圧巻です。４階までお品物があるので、欲しいパーツは店員さんに聞いたほうが早く売り場へ辿り着けると思います。因みにピアスパーツ・シリコンキャッチは１階にありました。各フロアごとの会計になります。エレベーターが小さく７階までのビルなので中々降りて来ないのが難点。４階へ上がる時は利用し、階段で降りるほうが早いかなと思います。 I've been a fan for decades. s	syou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の大ファンなので本店にワクワクしながら行ってみました。しかし対応したスタッフさんにイライラした態度で接客されたのでガッカリでした（泣）いつも通ってるお店はどのスタッフさんも凄く優しいので社員教育凄いな〜と感激してたのでより残念でした…。丁寧にお客さん対応されてる方も居たので、こちらの店舗は人によりけりみたいです。店内は綺麗で見やすくて商品も豊富でした。

I	Ivy Xiao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store and I tired to use my broken Japanese(I’m sure will have hard time to speak with them using English )to communicated with the staff and the lady on the second floor told me that if I want tax free I need to go to third floor to check out (total amount need to be over 5000yen), but you can’t mix each floor item in the same basket, pick the item you want on each floor and give them to the floor staff and then they will bring them to the third floor waiting for you to check out. I went the first floor last and then told the first floor lady that I want tax free and asked her to bring these to the third floor for me, and she was asking if I finished my shopping on other floors and I said yes, but she could understand me and I told her that I’m ready to check out. We both had hard time to communicated with each other, and I tried my best to communicated, after she brought the item to the third floor and she said “面倒くさい” HELLO? You guys are accepting tax free which means there will be a lot foreigners to come and visit, maybe you staff need to learn basic English first.
