★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近隣の者です。こちらの学院はビルの屋上にベンチを置き、近隣マンション住民への配慮もなく、屋上で外国人生徒に喫煙をさせています。窓や換気口からタバコの煙や臭いが入り込み、毎日自宅にいながら受動喫煙させられています。
ベンチを置いているので、そこに座ってタバコを吸いながら大声で話され大変迷惑しています。
また、たちが悪いのはタバコのポイ捨てをしていることです。建物が密集している場所でタバコのポイ捨てをされているので、火災が心配でたまりません。またポイ捨ては犯罪です。それも屋上から!
タバコは駅前の喫煙所で吸い、吸殻も屋上からポイ捨てするのではなく、喫煙所に設置されている灰皿に捨てるようマナーを教えてもらいたいものです。
It is a neighbor. This school has a bench on the roof of the building, and foreign students are allowed to smoke on the roof without consideration for the residents of neighboring condominiums. Cigarette smoke and odors enter through windows and ventilation openings, and people are forced to smoke second-hand smoke at home every day.
I have a bench, so I sit there and smoke while talking loudly, which is very annoying.
Also, what's wrong is that we are littering cigarettes. Cigarettes are littered in densely populated areas, so I'm worried about fires. Littering is a crime. It's also from the roof!
I would like you to teach me the etiquette to smoke cigarettes in the smoking area in front of the station and to litter the cigarette butts in the ashtray installed in the smoking area instead of littering from the roof.
