★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩を食べるときは鳥新がおすすめ。タレのための油滴る焼鳥ではなく、塩焼きが活きる油を少し残してる焼鳥。焼いた鶏肉が旨い店と焼き鳥が旨い店は全くの別物。柔らかく適度な油の鶏肉とまぶす程度の塩は、焼き鳥がどういうものかをよく味あわせてくれる。
店内の和気あいあいとした雰囲気の中で飲んで食べる酒とつまみは、誰に気を使うわけでもなくわがままに時間を過ごすことができるので、雰囲気も含めてとても良い店に思う。
冬から春にかけては勘定をして扉から出たときに、少し肌寒い空気と澄んだ空を見上げると星が瞬いていて、明日も頑張ろうと気持ちと体を引き締めてくれる。
