T	Tomo S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜日当日に予約し12時半に伺いました。お店に着いた時には満席の看板ありました。キッチンもお店もきれいで最初から好印象。コロナ対策はパーティションがありました。13時には席がいくつか空き、次のお客様が入られてました。頂いたのは、お肉ランチ1650円、お魚ランチ1650円をベースに前菜をそれぞれ、鱈の白子のソテー+550円、まぐろのカルパッチョ+440円へ変更しました。前菜、デザートを変えれるのはいろいろな組み合わせが作れて楽しめるし、自分好みにもでき、何度来ても飽きないすごくいいサービスだと思います。すべての料理に共通なのは、素材がいいからこそできる素材を生かした素材本来のおいしさを楽しめる味付けで、満足です。たくさんの種類の野菜がありましたが、一つ一つの味を楽しみました。白子のソテーは、外はかりっと中はふわっと、また香ばしく、今回の中では一番お気に入りとなりました。カルパッチョのまぐろは新鮮で、すじもなく、臭みもなくレベル高い。ゴボウスープはゴボウ感をしっかり感じます。パンはかりっと暖かい。こういう小さい気遣いもありがたい。肉料理は地鶏のグリルで、鳥のうまみとじこめ、やわらかく、うまみたっぷりでした。魚料理は魚介のソテーで、青魚でしたが、くさみもなくおいしく頂きました。時間が少し他のお客様とずれていたからか、料理提供は待つことなくスムーズでお会計までちょうど一時間でした。また、箸があるのも親切ですね。どんないいお店でも小さいことで何か改善してほしい点があるのが普通だけど、ココは完璧でした。 I made a reservation on the day of Friday and visited at 12:30.
