t	t t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居していたアパートから引っ越すことになり、物件オーナーから解約通知書を送って欲しいと言われましたがフォーマットが特に無いと言われたため、参考になる書面をもらえないかと担当者にメールで相談したら解約通知書の雛形を下さいました。また、オーナーに解約通知書を郵送するため念のため住所が変わっていないかなどもメールで確認し教えていただきました。そこまではとても良かったのですが、その担当者の上司らしき人が突然メールのやり取りに横入りしてきて、「解約通知を弊社で準備するようお願いされたのは、オーナー様からのご指示になりますでしょうか？先程契約書、重説ともにご確認させて頂きまして、そちらの住所で間違いないかと存じますが、もしご心配であれば、今一度契約書記載のご担当の方へ一度お問い合わせ頂きますようお願い致します。」と、今までの担当者とは正反対の冷たい文面が送られてきて驚きました。解約通知書の書面が分からず担当者に相談に乗ったら雛形を送って下さった、という説明の返信をしましたが、その横入り上司からその後返信はありませんでした。今までのメールのやり取りを確認したら分かることですし、部下に確認したら分かる内容だと思うのですが… 書面の相談に乗る事やオーナーの住所確認等は"自分達の仕事ではない"という事を言いたかったという事でしょうか。オーナーがあまり連絡が通じない方だったため、入居する時の担当者が「何かあればオーナー直接ではなくウェルライフにいつでも連絡してください！」とおっしゃって下さって、その担当者はとても良い方でした。その横入り上司だけが感じ悪くて残念です。 I was moving from the apartment I was living in, and the property owner asked me to send a cancellation notice, but I was told that there was no format in particular, so I asked the person in charge if I could get a reference document by e-mail.
