健	健 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員は無愛想というより覇気がない感じ。ハンバーグはS、Mサイズを頼んだがいづれも正直小さく高い。がっつり食べたい方は他の飲食店に行くことをお勧めする。大人のソースは味を際立たせている。 The clerk feels unfriendly rather than unfriendly. I asked for S and M sizes for the hamburger steak, but both are honestly small and expensive. If you want to eat solidly, I recommend you to go to another restaurant. Adult sauces accentuate the taste.

葛	葛飾園芸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの下北でどこでランチすべきかうろうろした挙げ句、看板の内容に釣られてふらふらと入店。ハンバーグセットのＭで照り焼きソース、ご飯中200gで注文。熱々の皿で出てくるのだが、ハンバーグが結構なレアなので、出てきてすぐ細切れにしてまんべんなく焼いていかないと好みの焼き加減にならない。目玉焼きの下にマクドナルド的なとろけるチーズが挟み込んであり、チーズの味が勝ってハンバーグの味がよく分からなくなる。良い肉を使っているとのことなので、チーズなしで勝負してほしい。照り焼きソースの味はしっかり目なので、小食の私でも200gは少なく感じたので、300gがお勧め。色々好みもあるので評価は難しいのだが、他店との比較も考慮して星３。一回は行ってみても良い店。接客に関してだが、下北で働いてる若い兄ちゃんに高いレベルを期待するのが酷な話。大人のハンバーグを食べてるんだからもっと大人になって、今時の若い人はこんな感じなんだとこっちが勉強させてもらってると思えば幸せになる。 After a long absence, I wandered around where to have lunch in Shimokita, and I was caught by the contents of the signboard and entered the store. 堀	堀勇一朗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下北沢駅近くにあるハンバーグ店で、店名のとおり、とろけるハンバーグがとても美味しかったです。ランチメニューは、ハンバーグの大きさ、トッピングを決め、ライスかパンが選べて、ライスは大盛に変更できます。ハンバーグは熱々の鉄板に乗せられ、肉汁溢れたハンバーグにチーズが乗り、程よく溶け混じり、ハンバーグをより美味しくします。日曜日は開店前から並ぶ人もいて、すぐに満席になりますので、時間に余裕が必要です。また店は建物の奥にあるため、看板を見過ごさないよう注意が必要です。マスターの愛想がもう少し良ければ印象が変わるかも知れません。 At the hamburger steak near Shimokitazawa station, as the name suggests, the melting hamburger was very delicious.
