特に予約などしないで、受付でお金を支払い、半券をもらって工作をする部屋に行きます。
大人だと一時間くらい、子供だと一時間半くらいかかります。
四角い石から、ヤスリで角を取って丸くしていくのですが、綺麗な形にしようと思った為、割りと夢中になってしまいました。
だんだん細かいヤスリに交換して削り、最後は水につけて削ることで、ピカピカになります。
最初から開けられていた穴に、ヒモとビーズをセンターの人に付けてもらって完成です。
ヒモとビーズは何種類からか選べます。
日曜にきたのですが、割りと人が来ていました。
センターの方は親切に対応してくれました。
ボランティアなのか、名札を付けていて、ボランティアでここまで対応してもらい有り難く感じました。
 I made a magatama for 350 yen.

From a square stone, I used a file to remove the corners and round it, but I was crazy about it because I wanted to make it a beautiful shape.
Gradually replace it with a finer file and shave it, then soak it in water and shave it to make it shiny.
It is completed by having the center person attach strings and beads to the holes that were made from the beginning.
You can choose from several types of strings and beads.
I came on Sunday, but there were quite a few people.
The center staff kindly responded.
Maybe I'm a volunteer, and I'm grateful that I had a name tag attached and that the volunteers responded so far.

勾玉作りもいいけど…。
相変わらず百穴や松山城、安楽寺、息障院…他に研究や発見はあったんだろうけど、全く伝わってこない。やりっ放しかな。皆で考えた方が良いよ。

土器や勾玉、大刀と言った古墳時代の代物がじっくりと鑑賞できるので考古学ファンの方にはかなりオススメ?
特に埼玉県指定文化財に指定されている白磁四耳壷も展示されているので必見です✨✨✨
さらに館内では勾玉や埴輪などの体験コーナーもあるのでファミリー向けにもオススメ????
また入口前には正岡子規氏の句碑もあるので俳句ファンにもオススメです?
Materials exhibiting artifacts excavated from Yoshimi Hyakko
For pottery fans, I highly recommend it because it is possible to appreciate the pottery, the slogan, the sword, and the substitute of the Kofun period.
Especially it is a must see because the white magnetic four ears designated as Saitama prefecture designated cultural asset are also exhibited ✨✨✨
In addition, there is also experience corner such as gems and haniwa in the hall, so also recommended for families ????
Also before the entrance is Mr. Masaoka Masanori's phrase monument so it is also recommended for haiku fans ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出土品の展示や向かいの松山城址の解説なども記載されている。コロナ禍のため勾玉づくりはお休みだったが、個人的には満足。
Exhibits of excavated items and commentary on the ruins of Matsuyama Castle across the street are also included. I was absent from making magatama because of the corona, but I am personally satisfied.
