吉	吉川工事 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定期的に食べたくなる家系ラーメン。久々に訪問しましたが、相変わらず店員さんも元気で接客も丁寧です。ネギラーメンを頼みましたが、スープにネギがいい感じに絡んで美味しかったです。ランチタイムはライス無料は嬉しいですね。きゅうりの漬物もあるし、スープを絡めた海苔で食べたり、ライスをぶっちぎりに美味しくする方法でたべたりと、減量してないので、調子に乗って2杯も食べてしまった… ラーメンの器自体は少し小さいかなとも思いましたが、十分に満足出来る量でした。そして、コレを書いてるとまた食べたくなってるっていう、家系ラーメンの罠に今日も掛かってる。笑追記 1日10食限定という「家系二郎系ラーメン」が気になってたので、食べてみた。感想は… コレ、作り方合ってますか？砂糖と塩入れ間違えたとかありません？まあ、砂糖は元々入れないとは思うけど、はっきり言って信じられないくらいにしょっぱかった！！塩ラーメン頼んでもこんなにしょっぱいの食べたことないし、出ないよ… 頑張って麺は食べたけど、本当に無理だった… 次回からは家系ラーメンのみを食べますね… Iekei ramen that you want to eat regularly. え	えむ5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【極味家　北浦和店】※商店系北浦和にあります。極味家といえば商店系FCのお店ですね。横浜の六角橋や日ノ出町にあります。厨房内には火の付いていない大寸胴が1つ。あとは中寸胴とキッチンポット。スープは雪平鍋で温めていました。入店時から業務用ミキサーが全開で稼働中。ミキサーから出したスープを大寸胴へ。商店系の店舗加工型CKスープです。製麺所は不明。麺はテボで茹でていました。スープは豚骨先行型風です。鶏油はこの系列の中でも少なくてアレ？って感じ。風味はしません。豚骨感は弱め。いつものクリーミーな商店系スープでミルクっぽく独特の甘さが前面に出て来ます。醤油感は混ぜると割とあって、甘じょっぱいスープです。中太の麺は気持ち硬め程度。思ったよりもいつものゴワゴワ感はありません。この系列なら四之宮か大橋製麺多摩かとは思いますが後者かな。チャーシューはバラ。大きさは普通。味付けはちょうどいいけど、割と歯ごたえがありました。ほうれん草は少なめ。クタってましたが、風味はまあまあでした。海苔増しは5枚。気持ち小さめですが、目は細かく綺麗な海苔でした。でもスープに浸すと弱め。口に入れたら溶けます。風味はまあまあ良かったです。薬味のネギは先入れの粗微塵が適量。個人的には輪切りの方が好きです。立地はかなりいいですね。ラーメン+海苔増し。 [Extreme house Kitaurawa store] * Store-based Located in Kitaurawa. M	Maeda Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から気になっていた家系ラーメンのお店。COCOONに行く用事があったので、かみさんとぶらっと訪問。月曜の13時頃でしたが、空席がちらほら。すぐに着席出来ました。かみさんともに味玉ラーメンを注文。家系ラーメンを凄く知っている訳では無いですが、家系らしい濃厚なスープに太麺、ほうれん草、うずらの卵、海苔が乗ってました。イメージ通りのラーメンで美味しかったと思います。ただ付け合せの玉ねぎと刻みしょうがが大き過ぎて、ラーメンと一緒に食べられないのが難点でしょうか。昼はご飯は自由に食べるスタイルでしたよ。 Iekei ramen shop that I've always been interested in.
