★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空室1DK+ベランダ清掃で￥48,000請求された。Web上の表示価格とかけ離れている。Web上の価格は最低価格で簡単な清掃しか出来ないそうだ。不動産屋さんから依頼すると5、6万かかると言われていたので相場価格なのだろうが、実勢価格を表示してほしい。安い価格で客を釣っているようで不快だ。
清掃はきちんと出来ていて満足なので星３つ。
 I was charged ¥ 48,000 for cleaning the vacant room 1DK + veranda. It is far from the price displayed on the Web. The price on the Web is the lowest price and only simple cleaning is possible. Since it was said that it would cost 50,60,000 when asked from a real estate agent, I would like you to display the actual price, although it may be a market price. It seems uncomfortable because it seems to catch customers at a cheap price.
The cleaning was done properly and I was satisfied with the 3 stars.
