★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう家族では手に終えない父の入院について何も知識がないまますがるおもいで電話したのですが、相談員の方の対応が良すぎて有り難くて、電話を切った時には笑って泣いてた笑、第一印象最高です。こちらでお世話になるかはまだ分からないけど、希望はこちらでお世話になりたい。少しの電話で大きな不安をなくして下さった相談員さんに感謝です。
なんて病院なんだ！！(すごく良い意味で)
I didn't know anything about my father's hospitalization, which my family couldn't finish, so I called with the thought that the counselor was so good that I was laughing and crying when I hung up. The first impression is the best. I don't know if I'll take care of you here, but I'd like to take care of you here. I am grateful to the counselor who made me feel less anxious with a few phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日鬱のような症状の為、初診で来院。
女医の方に診察されたが、こちらの状況を説明したが、ほかに行った病院があるかと聞かれ、先日行ったがイマイチでこちらに来たと伝えると、
症状や、診察をする気配もなく、行きつけの病院へ行けと。あの診察で診察代を取るのは詐欺に近いです。
診察券も再発行に500円かかるとのこと。
全体的にひどい病院でした。
もう行くことはありません。
I visited the hospital for the first time because of depression-like symptoms today.
I was examined by a female doctor, and I explained the situation here, but when I was asked if there was another hospital I went to, I told him that I went there the other day but I didn't like it.
I told him to go to his favorite hospital without any symptoms or signs of medical examination. Taking a medical examination fee at that medical examination is close to fraud.
It costs 500 yen to reissue the medical examination ticket.
It was a terrible hospital overall.
I won't go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一つ結びの30代くらいの女の受付の態度がとにかく悪い。患者によって態度変えるから、「こいつ何様なの？」って思わされる。その一人の受付のせいで、例え医師が良くても病院全体の印象が悪くなってることに気づいてないなんておめでたい。
あと、受付が非常に要領が悪い。診察券と番号札を出して椅子に座ろうとしてから「熱測ります」だと。患者のことを何も考えてない病院です。
高校生のバイトの方が余程利口です。
誰のおかげでお給料が貰えてるのかさえも分からないようです。
精神科なのに行くと受付のでかい態度でストレスが溜まる。これはどういうことなんでしょう。
