★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great nature-based kindergarten on top of the hill. There are 6 classes, 2 classes for each level. Each class consists of around 20 kids with 1-2 homeroom teachers. The headmaster, Mr. Yamashita Taro can speak English very well. He and his wife run the school with another 8-10 teachers. All of them are so kind, friendly, helpful, passionate about their work. All kids walk everyday to and from school with their teachers from and to 5 different pickup locations. The school has a pool (for summer swimming class), small river and private forest for the kids to explore. They play music, sing, learn lots of fun and useful things. There are several after-school programs too (paintings, Kapla modeling etc).
