収益不動産の売買でしたが、実際のキャッシュフローの説明を誤ったまま契約を交わされ、ひと月分の家賃を無駄にしました。
指摘しても契約後ですからと取り合ってくれませんでした。
上記はわかるのですが、契約時の説明と異なるのにミスを認めようとはしません。訴える額ではないので、手間を考えると泣き寝入りです。
これから契約する方は、別の業者をおすすめします。

It was a sale and purchase of profitable real estate, but the contract was signed with the explanation of the actual cash flow incorrect, and one month's rent was wasted.

I understand the above, but I will not admit the mistake even though it is different from the explanation at the time of contract. It's not the amount to complain, so I'm crying and falling asleep considering the time and effort.
If you are going to sign a contract, we recommend another contractor.
