た	たこす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今から3年前に一度、利用させていただきましたが、最初に個人面談が始まる前に思った印象としては私にとっては少し上から目線に感じたこと。いざ、個人面談が始まったら、関西弁の言うことすべて上から目線な相談員に当たってしまう。そこからが地獄で先ず私の意思やキャリアを全否定し、その人が就職しやすいからと持ってきたのがタクシーの求人。ただでさえ、コロナやAI化の発展でリストラされているのにそこにねじ込もうとする。その後も何度か足を運び、一件面接までにこぎつけたが、そんな上から目線な相談員が薦めるに相応しい会社としか思えないぐらいお粗末なもの。(圧迫面接対策をしてない自分にも非があるが、面接官の明らかに聞こえるぐらいの失言に腸煮え繰り返る思いをしました) この場所とは面接の直後にかかってきた電話を最後に縁を切りました。今に思うと冷静な判断さえ出来れば、どこかで見切りはつけることは出来たと思っております。 3年前のことなのでバイアスがかかっていたり、ところどころ抜けていたりしてますがこれから就活される方また転職される方、切羽詰まった状況であったとしても、キャリアや人間性を否定されたら「失礼です」と言いかえすべき勇気と、将来性のない案件を紹介されたら断って見切りをつける勇気を持ってください。またこのレビューを見ている関係者および該当者の方、あなたがたは若者の足元を見て食い物にしてまでお金を儲けたいのですか？家族や身内や友達に胸張って、あなた自身の行いをお話出来ますか？長文になりましたが失礼いたします。 I used it once three years ago, but the impression I had before the first personal interview was that I felt a little from the top.
