杉山神社じたいは、坂と階段はきついが、眺めが良い丘の上にあります。なかなか珍しい狛犬ならぬ狛ネズミ？がいます。また本殿の脇には大きな大黒様もあり。
いわゆる部落によく祀られていた白山神社です。
 It is enshrined at Sugiyama Shrine, which is the guardian of Kita Shinba.
