a	apple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉を愛する人たちからよくお勧めされていたギャロ。ギャロにはいくつか系列店がありますが、コロナ中のランチ営業はギャロ・ガレージなら空いているということで、こちらのお店へ。ビルの3階にあり、エレベーターでお店に向かいます。初めてだとちょっと迷います、、、まず、圧倒的な店内の独特な雰囲気。お店の赤い壁に描かれている、ドクロの絵が印象的でした。サローインにも惹かれましたが、ランチだったのでハンバーガーをチョイス。初めてだったので、完食できるか心配で、ハンバーガーはシンプルなものにしました。が、これが肉厚で最高に美味しかった！嬉しいのはサイドメニュー。プラス300円くらいで、ポテト、サラダ、そしてソーセージかフライドチキンが選べるセット。カロリー気にしてる場合ではありません笑。フライドチキンも美味しいけど、ソーセージのほうがボリュームすごかったです。総じて美味しかったし、店員さんも感じが良く楽しいランチができました。ディナーも評判がとてもいいみたいなので、行ってみたいです！ ⬇︎2022年3月訪問レポディナーで伺いました！お肉が絶品すぎて本当に本当に美味しかったです。おすすめはイチボ、牛カツレツ、あと魚介系のつまみも最高！！子連れでしたが、子供にもすごく親切にしていただき、本当に素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。お友達に自慢したくなるお店。絶対リピートします！ありがとうございました！ Gallo was often recommended by meat lovers. A shop famous for beef cutlet. The umami-rich lean meat was juicy and fried in a thin batter, which was delicious. All the dishes are delicious and it looks good for a date. y	yang wen_li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ギャロ本店は、私が肉バルというものを初めて知った場所。もう10年近く前になるか。その後、ギャロ・バンガロー、ギャロ・ガレージと次々と新店を出されて、破竹の勢いで三宮の肉バル界を牛耳っている。僕はmocchi さんにも通っていたので、mocchi さんの本店の移転先の真前がギャロ・ガレージさんだと知って驚いた。ギャロ・ガレージさんは、内装とかコンセプトを攻めたなぁって感心するレベル。古い言葉で言うと、メタルとかハードロック系の、しかもアートに振ったコンセプト。まぁ、店のコンセプトはコンセプト、料理はどうなんだと言ったら、ギャロ本店の良さを引き継ぐ、丁寧な仕事で、やはりおいしい。特にランチのメニューが絶妙で、moccchiさんに水を開けている感じ。コスパもいいし。しかし、僕はこの店のコンセプトには全く賛同できない。もっと居心地良く、楽しく美味しく食べられる空間の方がずっといい。つくづく、この業界で成功して、自分の趣味を自分の店に表現しつくせる立場が羨ましい。自分の考えと腕で成功し、新しい店に自分の趣味を出し尽くして遊び、さらに成功するなんて、夢じゃないか。 The Gallo main store is the place where I first learned about meat bar.
